Monoclonal Antibody Development

The staff at Charis Diagnostics has years of experience generating monoclonal antibodies for research and commercial use.  We hold to the same high standards and utilize the same due diligence in creating antibodies for our clients as we would for ourselves. 

Charis Diagnostics uses select mice and adjuvants that have proven superior in generating antibodies to highly conserved antigens and small molecules (haptens).   We also schedule boosts and fusions to assure that hybridomas are selected from an optimal window that can significantly differ between immunogens.

The assay development experience of Charis Diagnostics serves to provide a strong foundation for selecting hybridomas with the desired characteristics.  Where possible, we will screen the hybridomas using the assay for which the antibodies were designed.
